Meat Church BBQ Holy Cow
1/2 Bottle Allegro Tennessee Whiskey (Marinade)
1 cup Ketchup (Sauce)
1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar (Sauce)
1 tbsp Meat Church BBQ Holy Cow (Sauce)
1/2 Bottle Allegro Tennessee Whiskey (Sauce)
Steps
Season and Marinate your Wings
Season your wings with Meat Church Holy Cow ( substitute Salt, Pepper, Garlic ). Pour 1/2 bottle of Allegro Tennessee Whiskey Marinade over the wings and let marinate for 4hrs.
Grill Wings
Fire up the Burch Barrel with some Jealous Devil Charcoal and add Bear Mountain BBQ Mesquite Chunk for smoke. Grill your wings over the direct heat until the IT of the wings reach 165-175F.
Make Tennessee Whiskey BBQ Sauce
In a pot add Ketchup, Brown Sugar, 1T Holy Cow and 1/2 Bottle of Allegro Tennessee Whiskey. Mix and simmer for 15 minutes until it thickens
