Ingredients
1 lb Chicken Wings
Meat Church BBQ Garlic & Herb
2 tbsp Corn Starch
1 tbsp Avocado Oil (Binder)
Steps
Prep and Season Wings
Separate your drums from your flats. Coat your wings in oil and add the Meat Church Garlic & Herb and Corn Starch ( gets the skin crispy ). Mix well so all wings are coated.
Smoke
Fire up the LoCo Kettle to 350F. We used Jealous Devil Lump Charcoal and added Bear Mountain BBQ Mesquite Chunks for smoke. Place wings on the indirect side for 45min
Grill
After 45min move the wings over to the direct side to char them up. Pull once charred and the IT is 175F-180F
Coat Wings
Make your Chili Oil and coat the wings in it. These will be loaded with flavor and absolutely delicious
