Ingredients

1 Bag Potato Chips

6 oz Gorgonzola Crumbles

3 oz Prosciutto de Parma

Balsamic Glaze

Steps

Prep The Chips

In a large sheet pan, pour the potato chips out evenly. Sprinkle on the gorgonzola crumbles evenly across the chips. Break apart the prosciutto into bite size pieces and spread evenly across the chips

Smoke or Bake

Place in the oven at 300F, or if you want to add some more flavor, throw it in your smoker with Bear Mountain BBQ Tailgating BBQ pellets. Smoke for 20 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Glaze

Pull it out of the oven or smoker and drizzle on the balsamic glaze. Then dive into the most addictive snack ever!
