2 lb Velveeta
1 lb Pepper Jack Cheese
1 lb Chorizo
28 oz Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
12 oz Evaporated Milk
1 Red Onion
1 Jalapeno
1 Cream Cheese
1 Packet Taco Seasoning
Steps
Prep
Cut the velveeta and pepper jack cheese into cubes, Dice the red onion and jalapeno
Combine
Combine everything in an aluminum pan and place on the smoker
