Ingredients
3 lb Chuck Roast
Meat Church BBQ Holy Cow
Meat Mitch WHOMP! Naked BBQ Sauce
4 tbsp Butter
1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar
Steps
Prep Chuck Roast
Prep the chuck roast by cutting into 1” cubes
Season Meats
Season all sides with MeatChurch Holy Cow and place on a wire rack.
Smoke
Smoke for 2.5hrs spritzing with water or oil or apple cider vinegar every hour.
Wrap
When you get a nice bark, place in an aluminum pan. Add the butter, brown sugar and BBQ sauce on top of the beef. You want enough to coat the meat and not be a pool in the bottom of the tray. Cover tray with aluminum foil
Smoke
Put the tray back on smoker for 1.5hrs till probe tender.
