Drink
A Puerto Rican traditional drink for the holidays. Basically a coconut eggnog.
Ingredients
4 oz Raisins
1 1/2 cup Dark Rum
2 Stick Cinnamon
14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
15 oz Cream of Coconut
13.5 oz Coconut Milk
4 oz Evaporated Milk
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Steps
Infuse Dark Rum
Using your Avid Armor Chamber Vac, add the Rum, raisins and cinnamon sticks to a container and run the marinate feature 3 times to infuse the raisin and cinnamon into the rum. If you do not have a chamber vac then let sit at room temperature for 3 hours.
Blend Ingredients
In a blender, add all the other ingredients and pour into a bottle.
Add Rum
Pour in the infused rum leaving the raising and cinnamon sticks behind. Shake well to combine the ingredients
Refridgerate
Chill for at least 4 hours. Keep in refrigerator for up to 1 month.
