Ingredients

3 Chicken Breast ( Boneless )
1 lb Bacon ( Thick Cut )
Meat Church BBQ Texas Sugar
Meat Mitch WHOMP! BBQ Sauce
1 Bag Colby Jack ( Shredded )

Steps

Bacon

Take your thick cut bacon and cut them in half. Place them on a wire rack and into the smoker at 350F

Season Your Chicken

Season both sides of the chicken breast with Meat Church Texas Sugar. Insert your MEATER Probe and into the smoker at 350F

Add Your Toppings

When the internal temperature hit 150F coat the chicken breasts in BBQ Sauce. Top with your cooked bacon and shredded Colby Jack cheese.

Finished

When the internal temperature hits 165F pull them off and enjoy!
