Ingredients

2 lb Chicken Wings
1 cup Pickle Juice (Brine)
2 tbsp Bourbon
2 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Light Brown Sugar
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Ground Cayenne Pepper
1 tbsp Meat Church BBQ Holy Cow

Steps

Brine Your Wings

In a zip lock bag or use your Avid Armor Chamber Vacuum Sealer, combine the chicken wings and pickle juice. Brine in your fridge for 2-6hrs

Make your Seasoning

Combine the bourbon, honey, brown sugar, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper and SPG (Meat Church Holy Cow) into a bowl. Mix together until well combine

Prep Wings for Smoker

Remove your wings from the pickle juice brine and pat dry with a paper towel. Pour over your seasoning mixture and coat the wings

Smoke Your Wings!

Smoke your wings at 375F for 1 hour flipping half way through. Once they hit 175F and have a good char on them, remove and enjoy!
