Ingredients
2 lb Skirt Steak
BBQFriend - Tex Mex Fajita Marinade
4 Roma Tomatoes
1/2 Red Onion
2 Garlic Clove
1 Cilantro
1 tbsp Salt
1 Green Bell Pepper
1/2 White Onion

Steps
Marinate Skirt Steak
Cut your skirt steak into a few pieces and marinate it in the Tex Mex Fajita Marinade. Put this in your Avid Armor Chamber Vac using the Marinate feature a few times or let sit in the fridge for 2-4hrs
Pico de Gallo
While the steak is marinating, cut up your tomatoes, red onion, garlic, chopped cilantro, juice of 2 limes and some salt to taste. Mix this up and let it sit for an hour for the flavors to meld together
Griddle Time
Fire up the LoCo griddle to Sear on 2 zones and 350F on the other. Lay down your steaks on the Sear zones and your veggies on the 350F zone. Season your veggies with Meat Church Fajita seasoning. Cook your steak and veggies to your desired doneness.
Assemble your Tacos
Time to assemble the Tacos! Add your Steak, Veggies and Pico and enjoy!
