Ingredients
1 lb Chicken Wings
Meat Church BBQ Holy Cow
2 tbsp Corn Starch
1/4 cup Fresh Parsley (Sauce)
1/4 cup Cilantro (Sauce)
1/2 Shallot (Minced) (Sauce)
4 Clove Minced Garlic (Sauce)
1 tbsp Red Pepper Flake (Sauce)
1/4 tsp Onion Powder (Sauce)
1/2 tbsp True Salt Kosher Grain Sea Salt (Sauce)
1/4 cup Truff Black Truffle Oil (Sauce)
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar (Sauce)
Steps
Prep Wings
Use oil as a binder and spray down your wings. Season with Meat Church Holy Cow and the corn starch to help get the wings crispy
Smoke
Place wings into the smoker at 375F and cook for 45min to 1hr until the internal temperature hits 185F
Chimichurri
Chop up your parsley, cilantro, shallot and garlic. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix until evenly combined.
