Voodoo Garlic Shrimp

Cooked in a cast iron pan with a addicting butter garlic and lemon sauce. When the shrimp is done grab some bread and start dunking. Its that good!

Ingredients
2 lb 16/20 Shrimp ( Peeled )
1 Stick Butter
4 Garlic Clove
1/2 Lemon Juice
3 tbsp Meat Church BBQ Holy Voodoo
1/2 cup Fresh Parsley
Steps
Start Your Fire
Get your fire started. We used Cutting Edge Oak Logs in our Burch Barrel. Let the log burn down to hot embers and a low hot flame.
Prepare The Shrimp
In a cast iron pan, lay out your shrimp. If you have OCD like me, now is the time to make it pretty haha
Cooking
Place the pan over the fire to cook. Add 1 stick of butter ( cut into pads for faster melting). Season with the Meat Church Holy Voodoo liberally. Add in your minced garlic and squeeze in the juice from half a lemon. Let this cook until the shrimp are no longer translucent
Finish
Finish with fresh parsley and enjoy
