Ingredients
3 Poblano Peppers
3 Garlic Clove
1/2 Red Onion
3 Green Onion
3 tbsp Greek Yogurt
Lime Juice
1/2 Bunch Cilantro
Steps
Roast the veggies
Over open fire, roast the poblanos, garlic, green onions and red onion.
Blend together
In a blender, blend in all the ingredients. Add salt if needed
